The MQ-135 Air Quality Sensor Module is designed for the detection of a broad spectrum of gases that impact air quality. It is highly sensitive to ammonia, sulfide, and benzene steam, and also responds well to smoke and other toxic gases. The core of the module is the SnO2 (tin dioxide) semiconductor sensor, whose conductivity changes in the presence of these target gases. This module is incredibly user-friendly, featuring both an analog output that provides a real-time voltage signal proportional to the gas concentration, and a digital output. The digital output's threshold can be easily adjusted using the onboard potentiometer, allowing it to trigger a signal when the air quality drops below a certain level.
